If you are not completely satisfied with PhotoEngraving.com.au products, you must arrange any return with our direct reseller or us within 7 days of delivery. There will be a 20% restocking fee to cover the costs of handling and return. All shipments are sent using Australian Post service. Please allow 7 working days delivery from the time your order is received. Due to the high demand for this our products, we are unable to offer any faster delivery at this time. Please allow for this delivery schedule.

There is no charge for postage and handling on all orders deliverable to clients in Australia

Optional - Registered Post + Insurance add $2.5 per item.
NO Responsibility is taken for goods sent without Insurance or by registed Post. NO Responsibility taken for lost or damage items which are send by regular post

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. There is no re-shipment of any item because of an address error in your customer profile.
