How long does it take?
Please allow at least three working days for transfers between banks. We use
Australian Post. It will usually take approximate 3-5 working days. However
please allow 7 working days delivery from the time your order is received.
How long will the engraving last?
The engraving is permanently engraved. Our products are all high quality plated
(high-grade gold plating / Rhodium plating and Nickel plating) and specially
made for our unique engraving process. As long as take care well, it lasts for
years.
How is the engraving done?
Photo engraving is our traditional high quality engraving produce a mystical
holographic effect. The engraved process gives your pendant a hologram look that
sparkles when worn.

Can I add a writing?
Yes, we can do on the same side of the engraved picture, or on the back of it.
Will the engraving look better on the gold colour or the silver colour
products?
The engraving will turn out equally well on either colour. It is simply a matter
of personal preference.
What photographs are suitable for engraving?
We recommended that the photograph you pick is one of good clarity with clean,
sharp lines. It doesn't matter if the photograph is big or small, black and
white, or colour. Just send us your photographs if you are not sure which will
turn out best.
Can my photograph be in digital format?
Yes, our computer system can read any digital files. If you can photograph it,
email it, or send it we can engrave it. Preferably the resolution of the picture
is 200dpi or higher
Do I need to bring a small photo?
No. You can send to us any size of photo, from passport size up to A4 size
photo.
